英国宿舍公司全款支付操作指南与银行转账信息对照

临近8月，就要到了各个宿舍公司支付全款（First Installment）的时候咯，如果要用银行卡直接支付，现在都可以直接登陆宿舍公司系统在线支付。但是，大多数同学会选择用银行转账支付，马秘书从三个方面（什么时候支付，怎样支付划算，支付时需要注意什么）给大家简单总结一下。

宿舍押金支付小建议

支付全款（First Installment）总价比较高，不建议用信用卡直接支付（因为用信用卡支付的手续费，一般为1.5%-2.5%），最建议的两种方式是

方式一：英国本地借记卡（Debit Card）

来英国较早，办理好英国当地银行卡，直接用英国卡支付，0手续费

方式二：银行转账

银行转账无论金额多少，手续费是固定的，银行汇转账的当时分为两种：

• 去银行柜台/网上银行汇款

• 使用支付宝国际汇款

P.S.银行转账时宿舍方银行所产生的手续费，需要我们承担,一般为7镑

考虑到银行国际转账一般需要3-5个工作日，并且宿舍方核实确认付款也需要时间，建议提前安排好付款时间，提前7-10天左右最为稳妥。

Tips建议:

1. 转账时若出现地址栏填不下的情况，从前向后删除（从左向右删除），邮编，路名，门牌号为最重要信息。例如：NatWest Bank, Bristol City Office,32 Corn Street, Bristol, BS1 1HQ；可简化为：32 Corn Street, Bristol, BS1 1HQ。

2. 国际转账时最重要的信息为BIC和IBAN；BIC为银行的识别码，IBAN是定位宿舍公司银行账户的作用。

3. 英国境内转账，最重要的信息为：Sort Code与Account Number。

4. 不需要特别担心信息填写错误的问题。根据宿舍方提供的银行信息仔细填写之后汇出就好，若真的出现信息有误，汇款是无法汇出的，会返回到你的账户中。

5. 汇款时，根据合同，填写与合同上相等的英镑金额即可。尽管宿舍公司银行会扣除手续费，导致收到金额少于输入金额的情况，但宿舍方会采取多退少补的策略，换句话说，如果为了避免这种状况的发生，建议在合同显示汇款金额上加7-12英镑。

6. 截止日期，意为在截止日期之前，钱需要到账（宿舍公司已经收到钱），这一点很重要，因为如果截止日期那一天宿舍没有收到钱，但是你已经使用银行转账的方式汇出去了，宿舍还是会默认为你没有交钱，就会从你的担保卡上，直接扣款。

Prodigy Living

截止日期：登陆宿舍公司系统后可以查到

用银行转账付款，直接登录系统之后，点击Pay to Study，系统会显示银行转账信息和需要添加的reference number。汇款结束/汇款到账之后，会收到宿舍方发来的确认邮件。银行转账的回执单，记得发回给宿舍公司，并在邮件中说明1：你是谁，2：你银行汇款，这是你的银行回执单。

Vita Students

通常Vita会直接发一封关于付款的邮件到你预订时使用的邮箱里，里面会说明支付方式，以及提供银行汇款的帐户信息，大家对照着邮件里提供的信息去银行办理境外汇款就可以了。

一般境外汇款的入账时间会因为银行不同而有所差异，1-6个工作日都有可能，但是一旦入账成功后，学生如果登录Vita的官网，在自己的账户里能看到付款成功的信息，并且可以下载收据。

需要注意的是：在银行完成转帐后，先把银行回单扫描或者拍照，直接回复给收到邮件的邮箱。

Dervent Student

截止日期：8月31日（登陆系统可以看到）

应付总额：登陆系统即可查询

Dervent Students的每一个宿舍有独立的汇款账户信息，下面放上Newcastle 1，Nottingham 1，和Sheffield 3的银行汇款信息，其余宿舍汇款信息，请直接联系八楼校舍查询。

汇款时，需要把自己的名字和Derwent ID作为备注/附言留好，并保留好收据，发送会宿舍公司。

Fresh Student

关于Fresh Student旗下的宿舍，下面以莱斯特的Merlin Heights为例，其余宿舍，如果要用银行转账支付宿舍全款，需要按照以下模板，先给宿舍公司发一封邮件过去。

邮件标题：Rent Payment Check for 姓名

邮件内容：

Dear Officer

This is 姓名，my login email is xxxxx@xx.com and reference number is xxxxxxx.

I want to pay my full rent by Bank Transfer in once（用银行转账支付）

I want to pay my full rent through the online system in once（用银行卡系统内支付）

Could you help me to process the 2% discount and full payment option please? thanks

另外，下面是关于2%折扣的解析，大体说就是宿舍公司会在开始入住之前的一个月，大家就可以在系统里选择一次性付清2%折扣的选项（Full payment 2% discount option），选了之后，直接通过系统支付即可。

About 1 month before the check-in date the option will be made available on the student portal for the student to select the Full payment 2% discount option (check with me first to see when IT have made this available). When the student logs on to the portal to pay their first instalment, there will be a link that directs them to pay in full. This will apply the discount to their account and request payment for the full amount (less 2% discount) all in one step.

如果想要早一些付，或者用银行转账付款，那么就单独跟宿舍公司说，宿舍会单独帮助你调整系统。

If they want to pay the full amount sooner (including by BACS), please let me know and I will have to apply the 2% discount manually on each separate account. If they want to pay by BACS, the details are below and they must put their reference beginning with 1617 on every BACS transaction otherwise we will not know who the payment is from.

最重要的是，在银行转账时，要把1617开头的reference number加在附言/备注上，并且在银行转账完毕之后，将银行回执单发回给宿舍公司。

对于以上几个宿舍，如果没有收到宿舍的通知邮件，建议一定自己先发邮件给宿舍公司，邮件中明确说明你是谁之外，就是说明你要付全款的方式和截止日至，之后根据宿舍公司的回复具体操作就好。
